Terms of Service

Last updated: 23 August 2026

1. Agreement and operator

These Terms govern your use of Creira, a service operated by Dani Mas in Spain through creira.com and app.creira.com. By creating an account or using Creira, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement.

2. The service

Creira helps users organise brands, create and review content, connect supported social accounts, and schedule or submit approved content for publication. Features may vary by plan, platform, country, API approval, and connected-account permissions. We may improve, replace, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

3. Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorised access. You are responsible for actions taken through your account and for inviting only authorised collaborators. Workspace owners control membership and access to workspace content.

4. Connected social platforms

Connecting a social account authorises Creira to use the permissions you approve for the actions you request. You must have authority to manage each account and comply with that platform’s terms, advertising rules, music rules, disclosure requirements, and community standards. TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms are independent services and may restrict, delay, reject, remove, or alter content.

Creira displays the destination and available publication settings before submission. You remain responsible for reviewing content, privacy, commercial-content disclosures, rights, and timing before you confirm publication. You may disconnect a platform at any time.

The permissions requested for each supported connection and the actions they enable are described on the integrations page. Creira will not use a permission for a materially different purpose without updating the product flow and, where required, obtaining your authorisation again.

For TikTok, “Upload as draft” sends media to your TikTok inbox for you to finish in TikTok. “Direct Post” submits content only after you select the TikTok account, review the final media and text, choose the privacy and interaction options supplied by TikTok, make any required commercial-content disclosures, confirm music usage, and press the final publish control. Creira does not use a previous confirmation to publish later content silently.

5. Your content and AI features

You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You grant Creira a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce, adapt, render, and transmit that content solely to operate the service and carry out your instructions. You confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed for the content, including images, music, trademarks, personal data, and commercial claims.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to other material. You must review it before use. Creira does not guarantee that generated content is unique, error-free, legally compliant, or suitable for a particular campaign.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Creira to:

  • Break the law, platform rules, or another person’s rights.
  • Publish deceptive, harmful, infringing, discriminatory, or unlawful content.
  • Bypass platform reviews, rate limits, access controls, or technical safeguards.
  • Probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the service or its APIs.
  • Upload malware, scrape personal data, impersonate others, or send unsolicited content.

7. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans, prices, billing intervals, limits, and taxes are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You may cancel future renewal through the available account controls or by contacting us. Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, fees already charged are non-refundable. Consumer cancellation and refund rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

8. Availability and third parties

We work to keep Creira reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled posts may be delayed or fail because of provider outages, expired permissions, platform review, rate limits, content rejection, or events beyond our control. You should verify time-sensitive publications. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Intellectual property

Creira, its software, interface, brand, and documentation belong to the operator or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer any ownership of Creira technology or branding.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Creira at any time. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, address non-payment, comply with law or platform requirements, or respond to a material breach. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a chance to remedy the issue.

11. Warranties and liability

Creira is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee campaign performance, audience reach, publication acceptance, or uninterrupted third-party APIs. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Otherwise, Creira is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or third-party platform actions. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the service is limited to the fees you paid Creira in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You are responsible for claims resulting from content you provide, your connected accounts, or your breach of these Terms, and will compensate Creira for reasonable losses and costs to the extent permitted by law.

12. Law, changes, and contact

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, mandatory protections and the courts of your residence remain available; otherwise, disputes are submitted to the courts of Spain. We may update these Terms for legal, security, or service changes. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect where required.
