Disconnect a social account

1. Sign in to Creira and open Accounts.
2. Choose the connected TikTok, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn account.
3. Select Disconnect and confirm the account shown.

This stops future provider access and removes the stored OAuth connection credentials. You can also revoke Creira directly from the connected platform’s security or authorised-app settings.

Disconnecting does not delete posts already published on a social platform. You can manage or delete those posts on that platform. Creira retains only the limited publication and security records described in the Privacy Policy.

Delete your Creira account data

Send an email from the address associated with your account to contact@danimas.dev with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include the workspace name and the social platform you connected; do not send passwords or access tokens.

We will acknowledge the request, verify that you control the account, and normally delete or anonymise the account, profile, workspace content, connected-account identifiers, and stored OAuth credentials within 30 days. We will confirm when the request is complete.

Retention after deletion

Encrypted backup copies expire within 90 days. We may retain limited billing, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records only for the period required by applicable law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims. These records are not used to reconnect or publish to a deleted social account.
