Government Requests Policy

Effective: 23 August 2026

Scope and validation

Creira requires public authorities seeking user information to send a written request identifying the issuing authority, legal basis, jurisdiction, affected account, data categories, and relevant period. We verify authenticity and authority before responding.

Legal and scope review

Every request is reviewed for legality, necessity, proportionality, jurisdiction, and scope. Creira will reject or challenge an invalid, unlawful, informal, or overbroad request where legally permitted and may require a court order or other appropriate legal process.

Minimisation and records

If disclosure is legally required, Creira provides only the minimum information covered by the valid request. The request, validation performed, legal reasoning, decision, information disclosed, and people involved are documented and access-restricted.

User notice

Creira will notify the affected user before disclosure unless notification is prohibited by law, would create a substantiated risk of harm, or would compromise a lawful investigation. Where permitted, notice will be provided after a temporary prohibition expires.

Contact

Official requests must be sent to contact@danimas.dev. This address does not waive any objection to jurisdiction, service, validity, or scope.
